At first the free gift was better then the last gift. The coffee is awesome and the sweatshirts are spectacular but I wish I received more items that were for my climate. But the last gift will work any where. A ball point pens!
United StatesWe had historically been ordering our ground Hugh's blend thru Amazon's subscribe and save, but when they ran out of product, we went direct to the source - and I regret not doing so from the start! The grind looks better, smells better and costs less than what Amazon was selling it for. Not to mention that the team who packages up our recurring delivery always throws in something extra, which is just an awesome surprise. And then there's the coffee - just can't get enough of it, even after drinking it for 2+ years. I thought the K-cups were good, but moving to a traditional drip maker really took the flavor over the top.
